Regular Meeting November 6, 2007

Meeting called to order at 7:10pm Brenda

Minutes of Regular Meeting October 16 Jack
Acceptance moved by Marilyn, seconded by Ken. Carried.
Financial Report: not available.
Presidents Report Brenda
Special appreciation to Margaret for sending “thank you” cards for v9olunteers who supported auction flea market dinner event and request for additional card to be forwarded to specific city department officials.
Request that phone problems continue to be forwarded to her.
Inspection and approval of Kitchen facilities has been completed and approval report received.
Committee Reports
Christmas Party: Brenda
Members are reminded that Christmas Party has been scheduled together with December 4th Regular Club Meeting and will be POT LUCK! Following was confirmed:
Maureen Bennison will purchase gifts and prepare goodie bags for children.
Ken Shamess will organize decoration of hall to take place on November 26th at 7:00pm!
Other:
Margaret will make copies of Beaver Lake History available to club for sale to those interested.
