Meeting called to order at 7:00 pm Brenda

Financial Report Brenda
Acceptance moved by Kauko, seconded by Jim- Carried
Presidents Report: Brenda
Monies for Building Fund have allocated and will be presented at Carnival. Further , Ursa Major Minerals has announced that Pioneer trucking has been awarded contract for next phase of trucking ore.
Brenda next requested that Regular Agenda be set aside for Carnival Committee Planning
Approval to table agenda moved by Jim, seconded by Robert. Carried.
Carnival Committee Planning
Brenda reported Fireworks Permit has been received. Dreamworks will conduct fireworks display.
Flyers have been printed by Leisure Services at no cost.
Final details and work session followed.
Brenda reminded membership renewal time.
