So with spring finally here after one of the longest winters you’ve ever seen, pothole season officially begins.
Hoorah…
For example, me sitting on the back of my school bus on my way to and from school is like being in some earthquake ridden country when the next big one goes off. Hobbling off the bus, butt now flat, and getting into school is relief for a short time…but knowing that I have to go through it all over again sucks.
Here’s something that irratates me, one of those Greater Sudbury trucks came down the road recently (listening to hard rock and chewing gum) and did a drive around on Ella Rd. All he did was put very small red sticks that marks the bumps. The question is…can you see them?
Only if you’re looking for them.
So as we hit bump after bump…nursing our squarish bottoms, we ask the question, why doesn’t the City patch up some of the baddies?
I don’t know.
